ERIE TOWNSHIP -- A Sandusky man was injured after his car went off Ohio 2 and ran into a fruit orchard Wednesday, the sheriffs office reported. Michael Smith, 60, was taken to Magruder Hospital shortly after 5 a.m., according to the Ottawa County Sheriffs Office.
